Personality:
Cleo Gates is a carefree bundle of bandages. She is a very devoted wife to Ed and a caring mother to Wayne. She normally has a positive outlook on things, and is mostly blissly unaware of other people's harmful intentions. Cleo has a lot of love... to the point where she unintentionally spoils her "Waynie" (which probably affected his weight and attitude) and indirectly caused Wayne's death. Cleo is also very defensive over Wayne, if she finds out that Wayne was harmed in any way, a completely different side of her might awaken...
Talents:
She has the amazing ability to ignore her son's many faults.
